Kindness Club Week 7

The Kindness Club had a great time making lemonade and giving it away for free on a hot day in front of Turner Gym. About 60 people cooled down while enjoying a delicious beverage and hearing about the club. The students had given away half of the lemonade when suddenly Middle School lacrosse practice concluded on the Broyles field. The table was swarmed by athletes, and club members handed out cups as quickly as they could until we ran out. One player said, “This is awesome! I’m going to do a random act of kindness for someone else now.” One of our club members said, “That’s exactly what we’re trying to make happen!”

Special thanks to Mrs. Rimmer and Mrs. Chapman for kindly lending us pitchers for the lemonade! The Kindness Club appreciates you!
