Celebrating our Fireflies

I’m thankful that I came across the blog post linked below, shared by Teegarden Education Group. As the end of the school year approaches and “awards season” is upon us, let’s celebrate the Fireflies in our classrooms and in our families. Frequently it’s the bold, bright Butterflies who excel academically/ athletically/ musically/ dramatically and capture the spotlight. While we cheer for their accomplishments, let us equally admire and hold up the children who find their success more quietly. These Fireflies shine from within:
